Yes, we can provide staff such as servers, bartenders, and chefs for your event.


The amount of lead time needed before an event can vary depending on the type and scope of the event, as well as the specific services required. Generally, we recommend:


- **For Small Events**: A minimum of  3-4 weeks’ notice is typically sufficient for smaller gatherings, such as intimate dinners or simple celebrations.


- **For Corporate Events**: We suggest at least 6-8 weeks' lead time. This allows us to manage logistics and coordinate all necessary details effectively.


- **For Larger Events**: For weddings, conferences, or significant celebrations, a lead time of 3-6 months is ideal. This ensures ample time for planning, vendor negotiations, and addressing any custom requests.


While we strive to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible, providing as much advance notice as you can will help guarantee the best results and availability. Feel free to reach out to us with your specific needs, and we’ll work with you to make your event a success!


 Cancellations made 30 days before the event will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost.  The deposit is non-refundable 


 Any changes to the event details must be communicated to the Service Provider at least 7 days  before the event date. 


 Cancellations made 3 days before the service will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost.  Any already purchased items will not be refunded. An itemized receipt for purchases will be provided for non refunded items
